We have enjoyed this so much with our granddaughter, and now you have taken away her favorite parts. Please put them back…Please… I’m not mad that you took away all my app purchases (but it’s not fair and you know it) so why don’t you just add a bubbles-only mode rather than taking away all our fun options? Also, you apparently aren’t interested in our opinions since you don’t leave a way for us to contact you via your developer’s site…

No longer works at all.

I just downloaded (and paid for!) this app and it wont even open, just immediately crashes over and over! I even deleted the app and re-downloaded, to no avail. Please refund my money!

I loved this app, but I just downloaded the newest update and it wont even launch on my iPad. And theres no way to contact the developer to report a bug, so I guess Ill have to do it in this review. Please fix this so I can actually use the app. As I stated, since updating, it wont even open.

I loved the app from the beginning. You should have asked your consumers what they thought before converting back to "just bubbles". I made many of the in-app purchases and I know have an upset 2 year old asking what happened to the balloons. I wish you would have left it alone because now I spent money on things I cant even use.

I love the app but now dont have access to the other items to pop. I bought the fruit, dandelion, and face options. Please fix.

So then what happens to the add-ons that were PAID for? My daughter loved the balloons and apples! Upset at this sudden change that basically ripped off customers whos purchased add-ons!

I am a pediatric nurse and the kiddos I take care of love this app. I was shocked, SHOCKED, to find that purchases I had made disappeared. Sorry, but that is theft! My kiddos loved the balloons the best and now its gone, along with several others I purchased. I sent you all at least $5 for this app and you basically threw it away! Give it or the money back! THEIVES!

I have a toddler repeatedly asking me for the monster bubbles and fruit bubbles she picked out before. And now, poof, theyre just gone. Ive never had an app take away function and options in an update. Very irritating.

I made purchases on this app and now my kid is asking where the snowman are. Will we be getting our money back or do you guys just steal from your consumers

Hey I want my money back from my purchases that are no longer available. Or simply put them back.

I paid for the extras and now I cant even access them! My son loves the leaves. I think I should still be able to access my paid extras. Im not very happy right now. I enjoyed buying extra "bubbles" I understand getting rid of them, but Id still like to access my previous purchases!!

Feeling ripped off after purchasing many in app options!! Now none are available & no money refunded. Kids are disappointed in new version.

Just opened this app to get it ready for my niece this holiday season and I cant access any of my upgraded screens. I want my upgrades back you thief! How in the world do you think it is ok to upgrade without allowing for previous in-app purchases? Better to stop updating the app! Scum!

Loved the app until the recent update. My three year old is extremely disappointed that he can no longer play the other bubble types. I recommend either bringing the in-app purchases back or refund those of us who spent money.

They took (a considerable amount of) money for an option and then removed that option. Serious financial trust issues with this company.

I spent at least ten bucks on in-app purchases for my grandchildren. Not happy!

This was by far my kids favorite app with all of the different items we purchased for popping...now all of my purchases are gone and its just super lame bubbles. I spent a lot of money on those add ins and they just disappeared with this update. Please bring back the other one or refund my money so I can invest in a better app :-/ super disappointed.
